Who loves bread?
Bread is always a weakness especially when they drop a basket off at your table before you even order. I like to have toast in the morning or make a turkey sandwich but hate to waste the points on carbs. I recently heard of Ezekiel bread which I found at Trader Joes. It's made by a company called www.foodforlife.com. I picked up the cinnamon raisin and used it as french toast in the morning just adding sliced banana, Smucker's Sugar free breakfast syrup. YUMMY and the whole thing was 4pts.
Snack Attack
I'm always on the hunt for new snacks and I found a good one at Costco the other day. I have a huge weakness for cheese and crackers. I usually stick to Triscuts and Wheat thins or flat bread crackers. I was walking through the Costco aisle when I came across Pita Bites by a company called www.sensibleportions.com. The best part is 1 serving = 9 crackers (2pts).
