20 - Minute, Glute Sculpting Treadmill Workout

If there is one thing I could change on my body it would be to have a JLO or Beyonce booty! I found a workout that kicks your butt in 20 minutes so if you don't have much time try this treadmill workout.

Recommended speed is 4 rpm, however you can adjust for your fitness level

5:00-7:00 / 8-10

7:00-8:00 / 4-6

8:00-10:00 / 10

10:00-11:00 / 5-7

11:00-13:00 / 12

13:00-14:00 / 10
